Well equipped Room in excellent condition. Kind and helpful staff. We have a generator so we didn't feel any discomfort despite the regular power cuts in the city.

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to show me where the resturants were, convient stores and even bicycle rental. Communication was slow but with the help of translator app and their patience we were able to bridge the gap.

I would give more stars if I could. Our room was quite cute and very cozy. Also it was really clean. Our host was the best! We booked last minute during boarding our flight to Haiphong and when we got off the plane an hour later our driver was already waiting. He also managed to get us a cruise to Halong Bay last minute and was arranging all our other transfers. I highly recommend to stay here!

We had a lovely stay at Paddy hotel. Nghĩa, the host, was very helpful and friendly. He will help you with the tours, taxis, and gets better deals that the ones you find on the internet. Clean restaurants nearby Calm area (no noise or honking)

the hotel is new and modern. Viet and Duan were really friendly and hospitable. We got to the hotel after the long bus from sapa and they tried to let us check in 2 hours earlier. Book the boat trip with them and it also great

The hotel is beautiful located centrally in Ha Long. The staff is so helpful and speak good english. They have scooter rental there

Very clean and new hotel, big room, the staff was very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. There are a few restaurants around, but besides that, there is not too much to do close to the hotel. One of the best hotels we stayed in traveling South East Asia. We can recommend staying here.
